When OAL last reviewed our prices and published our last price list in 2021, we reduced fees on 90% of our products and drastically reduced re-sit fees for every standard. Two years later on and we are in very different operating conditions and in the midst of a cost-of-living crisis. Due to increased operational costs, across all areas of the business, for OAL to continue with and build upon our high levels of quality and service, we will unfortunately need to increase fees on some EPA products.
We have kept these increases as low as possible and well below the current 11% rate of inflation. We appreciate that your operating costs are also increasing and in order to support our customers with their financial planning and forecasting we will not be implementing the price increase until the 1st June 2023, giving you over 6 months to plan and prepare. During this time your Account Manager will be in touch to discuss the new price list and how this will impact on your business. We value all of our customers, large and small, and will work closely with you to manage the impact of any new fees and work with you closely on the transition.
